Paweł Łaskarzewski is the Founder of a Swiss FINMA-regulated asset manager that fuses AI, quantitative research, and selective tokenization to engineer risk-managed, adaptive yield at scale. A serial entrepreneur, who has built, scaled and exited ventures across aerospace, fintech, AI, and biotech, and has helped design and launch financial institutions, including Aion Bank. For years, he has focused on global financial markets – spanning currencies, commodities, treasuries, and indices – specializing in market-neutral, data-driven strategies, rigorous risk management, and compliant product design. Together with Binance, he co-founded the Digital Asset Development Foundation (DADF), a non-profit advancing policy dialogue, open standards, and education for digital assets. Under his leadership, DADF has established an open channel with Parliament, the Ministry of Finance, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), and has participated in sessions of the Public Finance Committee, promoting pragmatic, innovation-friendly regulation and responsible market growth. At Nomad Fulcrum, Paweł leads strategy, product, and international expansion, building regulated cross-border market infrastructure and RWA yield products with blockchain-based issuance and auditability, linking institutional efficiency with modern digital access. A frequent keynote speaker and advisor, he writes and speaks on startups, AI-driven asset management, and tokenized markets. In short, he builds durable bridges between traditional finance and digital infrastructure – grounded in regulatory-aligned data, transparency, and robust investor protections.

Judith de Boer is a partner at Hertoghs Advocaten, specializing in white-collar crime and financial criminal defence. She represents a diverse, international client base ranging from multinationals to high net worth individuals in cases involving money laundering, fraud, corruption, cybercrime, and digital asset-related enforcement. Judith is recognised as a leading practitioner in her field by both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500. She is Co-President of the Business Crime and Civil Fraud Commission at AIJA, a Fellow of the International Academy for Financial Crime Litigators, and a member of the AI-Projectgroup advising the Dutch Bar on emerging technologies in legal practice.

Kaj Burchardi is a Managing Director with BCG Platinion with 25 years of experience in IT consulting. He focuses on IT architecture, Digital transformations with Financial Services and insurance clients in Europe, Americas, and Middle East. Kaj is leading the Emerging Technology practice of BCG/Platinion globally and supported clients in the strategy definition, use case development, and Proof of Concept execution of various Digital Assets, CBDC and Blockchain / DLT projects based on different platforms. The used approach puts the customer and the business challenge in the center – and the technology second.

Markus Levin is a technology entrepreneur and Co-Founder of XYO, a decentralized infrastructure network focused on cryptographic verification for real-world data, machine intelligence, and autonomous systems. Since assuming the presidency of the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador in August 2023, Juan Carlos Reyes has turned a bold vision into a global benchmark. Starting from scratch, he built the world’s most successful digital assets regulatory framework—ranking #2 globally in its first year and achieving #1 in 2025. Under his leadership, El Salvador has established a fair, transparent, and innovative regulatory process, overseeing over $150 billion and attracting industry giants like Tether. In less than 18 months, he assembled an elite team of regulators—technology-savvy experts with over 60 years of combined experience in traditional financial supervision—proving that a solid foundation attracts excellence. Born in El Salvador and raised in Canada, where he was educated along with studies in the United States, Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics, another in Computer Science, and a Master’s in Management from Harvard. With experience in Silicon Valley and 15 years leading a top-tier consulting firm in governance and blockchain, he is a global strategist. He recently became a Certified Cryptoasset Financial Crime Specialist through ACAMS and completed postgraduate studies in Cryptocurrencies at Universidad del CEMA in Argentina. His vision transcends borders: he promotes a model without geographic barriers for investment and opportunity, sharing El Salvador’s success with the world through collaborative agreements across the Americas and the launch of the Digital Assets Symposium (DAS) on 2025 and 2026 (das.sv). Supporting the presidential vision of making El Salvador the best country in the world, Juan Carlos is working to position the region as a leader in innovation, strengthening global relationships and proving that this approach is a step in the right direction. His social commitment is evident in initiatives like raising over $3 million at age 21 to help rebuild a village in his home country.

Dr Lisa Cameron was an MP in the UK Parliament from 2015-2024. During this time, she chaired the House of Commons first Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets All Party Parliamentary Group and developed a programme of education for MPs and Lords to learn about emerging technologies. Greengage in their 2024 publication Digital Parliamentarians named Dr Cameron as the MP who had raised cryptocurrency and digital assets more than any other parliamentarian. Since stepping down from Parliament, Dr Cameron has become Chair of the Digital Assets Global Forum and founded the UKUS Crypto Alliance, continuing her work in the sector on regulation and global policy making. In 2025, Dr Cameron was named Outstanding Industry Influencer of the Year at the Digital Commonwealth Awards and Industry Leader by the Blockchain for Good Alliance.

Brian Gahan serves as Managing Director for Europe at Kraken, a leading cryptocurrency platform. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Kraken’s European Regulated operations. His key responsibilities encompass managing both fiat and crypto operations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving the company’s growth strategy in Europe. Prior to joining Kraken in 2022, Gahan built a solid foundation in traditional finance. He began his career at KPMG, followed by several roles at Morgan Stanley and Virtu Financial. Under Gahan’s European leadership, Kraken has achieved significant milestones, including securing an Electric Money Institution (EMI) license and MiCA authorization from the Irish Central Bank (CBI).
