Ticket Conditions

TICKET CONDITIONS

1. Applicability

The Ticket Conditions establish the general conditions applicable to the purchase, use and access to the tickets for the event, including ownership, changes or ticket modifications, returns and responsibilities of the Visitors.

2. Definitions

1. Event: Dutch Blockchain Week, an event organized and hosted by the Organization, scheduled to take place on 22 – 28 June, 2026 in Amsterdam.
2. Organization: Tryple Events B.V., statutorily established in Amsterdam, registered at Nieuwendijk 9C, 1012 LZ Amsterdam.
3. Ticket: A document or digital code, issued by the Organization, that grants the Visitor the right to access the Event.
4. Visitor: Any natural or legal person who has purchased, received or otherwise obtained a ticket granting access to the Event.

3. Ticket Purchase

Tickets must be purchased through the official website of the event or through other channels authorized by the Organization. Ticket purchases made through other apps, unauthorized sellers or third parties may not be considered valid for entry to the event.

4. Personal Ticket

Every ticket is personal. The owner of the ticket must be the person attending the event. Visitors may be asked to show an official form of identification to confirm ownership of the ticket.

5. Name Change

If a ticket has been purchased by another person, or transferred via another platform (e.g. Ticketswap), the ownership change must be communicated to the Organization in advance, to ensure a correct badge or access credentials can be made.

6. Returns

All ticket sales are final with no possibility for refund or compensation. The Organization does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges in case of non-attendance, event cancellations caused by force majeure, any mistakes made during the purchase process or other reasons why the Visitor is not able to attend.

7. Ticket Loss

The loss, theft or damage of the ticket is the responsibility of the Visitor. In case of loss, theft or damage, the Visitor must communicate it to the Organization as soon as possible to evaluate replacement options. Replacement is not guaranteed.

8. Ticket Validity

A ticket is considered valid once the following conditions have been met:

1. Purchase has been processed: the ticket will be valid once the transaction has been completed and confirmed by the Organization. The validity is subject to the reception of a confirmation email or a receipt provided by the Organization or an authorized seller.
2. Verified payment: If the payment needs verification or additional checks from the bank, the ticket is not valid until the payment is approved and confirmed by the financial entity.
3. Original and non-altered ticket: Only a ticket that has not been manipulated, copied, duplicated or altered will be considered valid. The Organization can invalidate any ticket that seems to have been manipulated or presents irregularities.
4. Data: The Visitor’s information in the ticket must match the information the Organization has registered. Any difference between the information from the ticket and the information known by the Organization, may result in ticket invalidation.
5. Usability: The ticket grants a single access to the Event. Once the ticket has been scanned at the entrance, it becomes invalid and cannot be reused. The Organization reserves the right to cancel or block tickets in case of fraud or breach of these conditions.

9. Invoicing

The Organization is not responsible for invoicing ticket purchases. It is recommended to keep payment receipts provided at the time of the purchase.

10. Access to the Event

Access to the event will only be allowed if a valid ticket is presented, together with official document for identification. The Organization reserves the right to refuse admission if the Visitor is not compliant with the Ticket Conditions.
