General Terms and Conditions for Dutch Blockchain Week

Organized by Tryple Events B.V., Nieuwendijk 9C, 1012 LZ Amsterdam.

Article 1. Definitions

1. Event: Dutch Blockchain Week, organized and hosted by the Organization, scheduled to take place from 22 to 28 June 2026 in Amsterdam.
2. Location: The venue where the Event takes place; Johan Cruijff Boulevard 1, 1101 AX Amsterdam.
3. Organization: Tryple Events B.V., statutorily established in Amsterdam, registered at Nieuwendijk 9C, 1012 LZ Amsterdam.
4. Ticket: A physical or digital document or code issued by the Organization that grants the Visitor access to the Event.
5. Visitor: Any natural or legal person who has purchased, received, or otherwise obtained a Ticket granting access to the Event.
6. Consumer: A Visitor who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Article 2. Applicability

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the relationship between the Organization and the Visitor.
2. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and agreements related to the Event.
3. By purchasing a Ticket or entering the Event, the Visitor agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and the house rules of the Event.

Article 3. Ticketing and Access

1. The agreement between the Organization and the Visitor is concluded at the moment the Ticket is purchased.
2. By purchasing a Ticket, the Visitor agrees to the Ticket Conditions.
3. Tickets are personal and may be used only by the designated individual and on the date stated.
4. If a Ticket is purchased or transferred via a third-party platform, the change of ownership must be communicated to the Organization.

Article 4. Consumer-Specific Provisions

1. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code, Consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for leisure activities taking place on a specific date or during a specific period. Therefore, Ticket purchases are final and cannot be revoked.
2. Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, Consumers are not entitled to refunds except in situations explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Transparency: The Organization will provide Consumers with clear and comprehensible information regarding Ticket prices, fees, taxes, and essential Event information prior to purchase.
4. Complaints: Consumers may submit complaints to the Organization via the official contact channels. The Organization will respond within 14 days of receipt.

Article 5. Force Majeure

1. The Organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event in the event of force majeure.
2. Force majeure includes natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, terrorist threats, strikes, and cancellation or modification of speakers.
3. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the Organization will seek a solution but is not obliged to refund the Ticket price. Tickets remain valid if the Event is rescheduled.

Article 6. Liability

1. The Organization is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
2. Visitors enter the Event at their own risk. The Organization is not liable for health or other damages incurred during the Event.
3. The Organization is liable only for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, excluding force majeure. Indirect damages are excluded.

Article 7. Safety

1. Visitors must comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
2. Additional security measures may be implemented on the day of the Event.

Article 8. Intellectual Property

1. All materials used or presented during the Event are the property of the Organization or speakers.
2. Reproduction or distribution of this content requires prior written approval.

Article 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. Dutch law applies to all agreements arising from these Terms and Conditions.
2. All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the District Court of Amsterdam.
