Our world is increasingly chaotic, dark and conflicted. Humanitarian disasters, environmental destruction, geopolitical conflict, social chaos are spreading.

What are we to do, as human beings, confronted with such fear and pessimism inducing events?

Mpowa stands for solidarity with the downtrodden forgotten and vulnerable, the helpless victims and suffering masses, from the sure epistemelogical foundation that all men are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, those being the right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

We dedicate this event to hope, to the belief that in the darkest moments of our experience in life, human beings can come together to fight for a better world, progress, peaceful and sustainable development, and the rights of children everywhere to life in a world better than the one we inherited.
